After the success of Freedom a la Cart’s first Eat Up! Columbus event, PRWeek featured Belle Communications’ work in promoting the event. Using a mix of traditional and innovative PR and marketing tactics, the Belle Communications team was able to raise awareness of Eat Up! Columbus throughout the Central Ohio community, and exceed Freedom a la Cart’s goals for ticket sales and funds raised for the organization.
“The opportunity we saw with this campaign was to collaborate with community restaurants and seven young gun chefs and use the theme of collaboration, community, and cuisine to increase awareness,” said Kate Finley.
